How Registrations works
Set up programs
Set up tryouts, camps, clinics and leagues with sessions, a registration window, a cap with a waitlist, eligibility by birth date or grade, and price options.
Give families one account
Parents sign in once and pick a saved player instead of typing everything in again. Guardians and households carry over to every program at your club.
Collect waivers and answers
Each registration keeps a copy of the waiver version the family signed. You can add your own questions too.
Take payments and manage the waitlist
Card payments go to your Stripe account, and you can export each month's payments as a CSV. When a spot opens, the next family on the waitlist gets an email with a link to pay.

What you need
