Book private lessons without the back-and-forth texts

Post your lessons on a public calendar. Families book and pay by card, coaches take attendance on their phone, and the payroll report is ready at the end of the month.

$5 per completed lesson, billed monthly. There's no subscription and no minimum. If you run a lot of lessons, ask us about volume pricing.

Atromos's lesson calendar for October with a group lesson open: the coach, time, court, price, spots left and the Book This Lesson button.

How Lessons works

Schedule the week

Build lessons on a weekly calendar in your club's time zone. Coaches post the times they're available, and you turn any of those into a lesson with one form.

The weekly lesson calendar for Atromos: each lesson's time, coach, court, age groups and bookings.

Let families book online

On a laptop it's a month view; on a phone it's a list. Each lesson shows the coach, the time and the age groups, and parents can book siblings into the same hour at once.

The lesson calendar on a phone: October's open lessons as a list, with the coach, age groups, court and spots left.

Take attendance from your phone

Today's lessons are at the top. Taking attendance is one tap, and so is calling a parent. If the gym signal drops, taps still save.

Track family balances and payroll

You can see each player's guardians and household, keep family balances, send statements, and print a payroll report to sign and file.

The payout report for one coach over six weeks: what can be paid now, what is still waiting for money, and each lesson's split.
